Got back on the bike today. Just a quick noodle down to Bull's Bridge, on the towpath from Greenford. Quite fun, and good to get out again. My knee is largely recovered, although it still won't quite bend as far as the other one, and still feels a bit shaky. But being able to use it at least for cycling should ensure the muscles don't fade away... and that I don't have to shell out for a Travelcard next week!

Sadly, we've run out of charcoal: so no outdoor food burning for us today, despite it being scorchingly hot. Ah well. Took Sue out for a bit of bike practice again too, so at least I'm not the only one here with tired legs. Now to arrange for food...
