It's getting a bit frustrating at the moment... I'm tantalisingly close to that 100Kg landmark. But it's not happening. I seem to be 2Kg up already this week. Argh. Must stop hitting the vending machine when stressed at work.
It's possible that this is due to muscle gain-- after all, I'm doing more cross-training now, and it seems likely. I could get one of those body fat scales, but I'm not too convinced about their accuracy. Not enough to sepnd £50, anyway.
Still, if nothing else, at least I'm 7½ stone down from where I started last January. It's just I've still got a couple of handfuls of flab to get through, and I've got big hands :|
