High humidity and thunderstorms. Power went off briefly at work-- not enough stuff has UPS, it seems. Went outside-- more like swimming than walking. M4 West was closed off, J12 was chocker. Apparently a lorry had caught fire (?!). A4 East fortunately not too bad, but A4 West was a no-go area. As was the back road out of Theale as everyone tried to avoid the A4 West. Glad I don't live in Burghfield! (I'm not sure I'd want to live somewhere called Three Mile Bottom anyway).

But just as I got home, it stopped raining, so I guess it's not all bad.
