Got a time of 26:26 in the 5K last night. That's better than I was expecting, considering I'm unfit and overweight again, and still tending to limp a bit. (Going down stairs requiring particular care). I've skipped cycling today because my legs were *really* tired this morning, and I need to clean and re-lube the drivetrain before taking the bike out again... and I didn't have time. So I stuck all my running and cycling kit in the wash at once instead.
