ow ow

I have a blister on my left foot. I've had one between the fourth and fifth toes that burst and has been rubbing raw and that hurt a bit but not too bad. But in the last day or so I've developed a miniature of the Dome under the tough skin at the base of my fifth toe--- and it's tough skin because I put a lot of pressure on there when walking! Ow!

I think (hope) that this is due to the insoles of my boots wearing through and they're pretty much the only footwear I use apart from running shoes. Time to buy some extra insole padding *sigh* IME most of them last about a week before becoming useless...

In the meantime I've been practicing wakling around pronating my left foot excessively and generally looking like an idiot (even more than usual).

Well just walking back to Victoria seems to have burst it, so I'm just mopping it up with TP... not very nice but at least I can walk in a vaguely normal fashion (but only slowly).

With it being right on a major pressure point on the sole of my foot the chances of it surviving on its own were pretty negligible anyway |: still need to buy insoles though.
